Position Overview

We are currently seeking an Event Coordinatorwith 2–3 years of experiencein event planning or hospitality. This role is responsible for the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of a wide variety of events at our venue. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, client-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Work directly with clients to understand event objectives, themes, and specific needs

Create detailed event timelines, floor plans, and run-of-show documents

Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery

Monitor event budgets and recommend cost-effective solutions

Conduct site tours, client meetings, and pre-event briefings

Oversee event, setup, execution, and teardown, ensuring high-quality standards

Troubleshoot on-site issues and provide prompt resolutions

Collect post-event feedback and contribute to continuous improvement

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field

2–3 years of hands-on experiencein event coordination or hospitality

Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management software

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
