Role Description
The Irrigation Industry Association of British Columbia (IIABC) is seeking reliable and enthusiastic Event Assistants for our 2025 Annual Conference, scheduled from November 17–19, 2025, at the Clarion Hotel in Abbotsford, BC.

This temporary 3-day role will involve assisting with attendee check-in, administrative tasks, and ensuring a smooth conference experience for all participants. We are hiring multiple candidates for this role, offering 15–20 hours total across the three-day event.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Strong Organization skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous experience in event coordination or a related field is a plus
