Domus Building Cleaning Company Ltd. is seeking an Evening Working Supervisor for an immediate position in Ottawa. The company has a long-standing track record with hundreds of staff and government/real estate clients.

The role requires supervisory experience in cleaning, strong English written and spoken skills, and the ability to stand, kneel, and walk up to eight hours daily. Evening schedule in the Ottawa area.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in cleaning industry (commercial, industrial, or office).
• Advanced reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Physical abilities: standing, kneeling, walking up to 8 hrs a day.

Responsabilités

• Supervise, coordinate, and plan the work of employees.
• Conduct monthly inspections of the facilities (including monitoring inventory and supplies).
• Ensure the proper maintenance of all cleaning equipment.
• Perform cleaning duties including mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing.
• Complete orientation and training of all new staff.
• Submit time-off requests, disciplinary reports, accident reports, and other supervisor documentation.
• Recommend or arrange for additional services such as floor waxing and carpet cleaning.
• Monitor and maintain Domus standards of cleanliness.
