Job summary

Adecco Canada is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Middleton, NS for a temporary position. This role involves assisting with shipping, receiving, order picking, packaging, inventory management, and general warehouse operations.

You will prepare and assemble customer orders, unload incoming products, and maintain a clean, safe work environment while meeting productivity and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
• High school diploma or prior warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs and perform repetitive physical work.
• Stamina to stand and walk for long periods.
• Awareness and attentiveness to people, vehicles, and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Select customer orders using pick lists, RF scanners, or voice-picking systems.
• Accurately pick products by item number, description, and quantity.
• Stack, wrap, and label pallets or cartons according to company standards.
• Transport completed orders to staging or shipping areas.
• Inspect products for damage or quality issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
• Meet productivity, accuracy, and attendance standards.
• Communicate shortages, damages, or errors to supervisors.
