Adecco Canada is currently hiring a Warehouse Order Picker for a full-time temporary-to-permanent opportunity in Mount Pearl, NL. You will be responsible for accurately selecting, preparing, and staging customer orders while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of general labour or warehouse experience is assets.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work independently while contributing as part of a team.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Select customer orders using pick lists, RF scanners, or voice-picking systems.
• Accurately pick products based on item number, description, and required quantities.
• Stack, wrap, and label pallets or cartons according to company standards.
• Transport completed orders to staging and shipping areas.
• Inspect products for damage, quality issues, or discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures, company policies, and operational guidelines.
• Meet productivity, accuracy, and attendance expectations.
• Communicate shortages, damages, or order errors to supervisors in a timely manner.
