Job summary

Tim Hortons is seeking a Team Member in Ontario to greet guests, deliver exceptional service, and help create memorable visits with our bakery items. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with teammates to ensure guest satisfaction.

This role requires the ability to work late as late as 11:30 PM on weeknights and weekends, with growth opportunities into Trainer, Supervisor, or other leadership positions. Uber trip discounts to Innisfil are available.

Qualifications

• Customer service background preferred
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs
• Previous experience in Quick Service an asset

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide exceptional service to create memorable experiences
• Assist guests whether at point of contact or with bakery items, maintaining speed and accuracy
• Collaborate with team to operate in a fast-paced environment and ensure guest satisfaction
