Job summary

Qualifications

• Completed a Personal Support Worker program from an approved college or institute.
• Eligible to work in Canada without restrictions.
• Ability to provide bedside care and follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide Resident Supervision and Assistance: help with daily living activities per care plans.
• Provide Resident Care and Services: aid communication and mobility needs, administer medications with training.
• Support residents’ cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual well-being; encourage participation in programs.
