Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean is seeking part-time light-duty cleaners in Stoney Creek, Hamilton area. Evening shifts available, Monday to Friday with start times after 5 PM. Competitive wage: $18.25 per hour.

You will perform general dusting, vacuuming and mopping; washroom cleaning; waste disposal; surface cleaning and sanitizing high-touch points. The role requires attention to detail, reliability and ability to work independently or with a team in a safe, clean environment.

Qualifications

• English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Physically capable of lifting, bending and performing repetitive tasks.

• Previous cleaning experience in a commercial setting is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• General dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
• Cleaning of washrooms and refilling dispensers.
• Emptying garbage and recycling.
• Wet cleaning of horizontal surfaces.
• Spot cleaning of walls and glass.
• Sanitizing high-touch points.
• Additional tasks as requested by supervisor.
• Establish positive rapport with clients when possible.
• Provide an exceptional level of service that meets client expectations.
• Follow company safety and workplace policies.
