A senior care organization is seeking an Evening Manager in Edmonton. This part-time role focuses on leadership in nursing and implementing quality improvement strategies. The Evening Manager plays a key role in facilitating the quality improvement in client care through compassionate, evidence-informed nursing practice by evaluating and monitoring the processes on the care units. The Evening Manager demonstrates knowledge of leadership, gerontology, mental health and principles of best practice.

The LPN position requires a significant amount of lifting, walking, reaching, bending, pushing, standing and sitting. In an average day the employee spends 2 to 6 hours standing or walking. Lifts a maximum of 50 lbs., frequent lifting and/or carrying of 20 lbs. Must be able to manage stressful work situations with dexterity.
