Job summary

The YMCA of Three Rivers - Waterloo Region is seeking a full-time, permanent cleaner at Chaplin Family YMCA in Waterloo Region. The role emphasizes delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a spotless facility.

Responsibilities include cleaning showers, toilets, floors and surfaces, restocking towels, and supporting trainings and staff meetings as required. Must be physically capable and commit to a team-based work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar cleaning environment.
• Ability to operate cleaning tools and equipment.
• WHMIS and First Aid/CPR-C/AED credentials are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standard of customer service to participants per YMCA guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness of all facility areas including showers, washrooms, floors and surfaces.
• Wash/dry/restock towels and manage cleaning supplies as required.
