Job summary

Hallmark Dental Laboratory Ltd in Halifax is seeking an organized Evening CAM Technician to join our Atlantic Canada lab. This part-time role starts with receiving designed files and ends with delivering printed products to finishing technicians, with potential to grow into a full-time position.

Typical hours are Monday–Friday 6:00pm–10:00pm and Saturday 8:00am–12:00pm. Responsibilities span the Mill Room and Print Room and require attention to detail in a fast-paced environment, supporting

Responsibilities

• Nest digital designs using the manufacturing software in the Mill Room.
• Ensure mills are full for the night and prepared for the following morning.
• Bond teeth sections to base sections for dentures as intermediate milling stage.
• Organize and sort finished products into the proper pans.
• Nest and queue for all printers in the Print Room.
• Operate and maintain 3D printers.
• Wash and cure printed products.
• Communicate with tech support for print hardware and software.
• Recycle alcohol in sidewinder.

Hallmark is a Halifax based dental lab serving dental clinics and their patients in Atlantic Canada. We are currently seeking a well-organized individual to be our Evening CAM Technician. The Evening CAM Technician is responsible for digital fabrication beginning with receiving designed files and ending with delivering printed products to the finishing technicians. This role is part time but there is potential to grow with the company into a full time role.

Part time hours: Monday - Friday 6:00pm-10:00pm, Saturday 8:00am - 12:00pm

Evening CAM Technician Duties & Responsibilities

Mill Room

• Nest digital designs using the manufacturing software.
