Job summary

Rebound Therapies in Lansing, MI seeks afterschool care staff to work 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday, supporting children with autism and related needs with one-on-one therapy based on individualized plans.

You’ll travel to client homes and community sites, earn starting pay of $20–$22 per hour, receive paid training, bonuses, and opportunities for advancement within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable, compassionate and ready to learn.
• Ability to commit to afternoon/evening availability.
• Willingness to travel locally between client homes and community sites.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children with autism and related needs.
• Provide one-on-one therapy based on individualized treatment plans.
• Track progress and celebrate achievements with families.
• Travel to client homes and community settings (with reimbursed drive time).
• Collaborate with a supportive team of professionals.
