Job summary

Kirmac Collision & Autoglass in Kelowna seeks to welcome a motivated learner to begin a long-term career in auto body repair. You will start under experienced technicians, gaining hands-on experience with modern tools and repair processes, while focusing on safe EV and ADAS practices.

Completion of the Foundations course, a basic automotive background, and a willingness to learn will help you grow into a certified Body Technician role with ongoing development opportunities and rewards.

Qualifications

• Basic automotive knowledge or hands-on experience.
• Interest in developing advanced technical skills including emerging EV and ADAS repair competencies.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support body repairs under the guidance of experienced technicians.
• Strengthen your technical skills through hands-on learning and structured development.
• Work with modern tools, equipment, and repair processes.
• Learn safe work practices for EVs, hybrids, battery systems, and vehicles with advanced driver-assist technology.
• Contribute to a clean, safe, and productive work environment.
• Build the foundation for a future as a certified Body Technician.
• Develop skills aligned with sustainable repair practices and OEM-approved procedures.
