Job summary

Kirmac Collision & Autoglass is a family-owned leader in collision repair, proudly serving communities since 1973. This Auto Glass Technician role focuses on windshield replacement and ADAS-aware repairs, with training available for EVs/hybrids.

Qualifications

• Experience replacing and repairing windshields and automotive glass.
• Red Seal Certified Auto Glass Technician (preferred).
• ADAS calibration experience (preferred).
• Strong understanding of modern auto glass repair methods, tools, and materials.
• Comfort working on EVs and hybrid vehicles (training provided as needed).
• Awareness of OEM requirements for ADAS, camera recalibration, and sensor-integrated glass systems.
• Willingness to participate in sponsored training and development.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Replace and repair windshields and automotive glass.
• Maintain quality workmanship while adhering to OEM requirements for ADAS and sensor-integrated glass.
• Assist with calibration and testing of ADAS systems on EVs/hybrids as needed.
