Salary : $70,000 – $95,000 per year

What You’ll Be Doing :

Taking the lead on large tender bids for parks, pathways, pedestrian bridges, and other civil infrastructure

Breaking down drawings and specs to build out detailed cost estimates

Collaborating with suppliers, subcontractors, and teammates to gather pricing and technical input

Preparing quantity take-offs, bid submissions, and scopes of work

Participating in value engineering discussions and pre-construction meetings

Working side-by-side with Project Managers to hand off winning bids smoothly

What We’re Looking For :

5+ years of civil estimating experience (parks, trails, bridges, and municipal work are all big pluses)

You’ve worked on large-scale tender submissions and actually kind of love the pressure

You know your way around HeavyBid, Bluebeam, Excel, and civil construction drawings

You’re organized, deadline-driven, and a strong communicator

A diploma or degree in Civil Engineering Technology or Construction Management is preferred
