Qualifications

• 4 years of progressive experience in construction cost estimating.
• 6 months of on-site experience preferred.
• Knowledge of specifications, drawings, materials, and methods.

Responsibilities

• Leads small to medium estimates.
• Conducts detailed analysis of contract documents.
• Ensures completion of quantity take-offs.
• Supports the estimate lead.
• Recognizes risks related to requirements and conditions.
• Develops relationships with stakeholders.
• Solicits pricing from subtrade partners.
