The Estimator and Proposal Manager is responsible for preparing technical and commercial bids for turnkey hydroelectric projects. He works in collaboration with different specialists and ensures completeness and the quality of the submissions.
He plays a key role in the team and reports to the Director - Proposals and Estimates.
