Role Description The Estimator is a full-time, on-site role based in Toronto, ON. This position is responsible for reviewing project drawings, specifications, and site conditions to prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates for restoration and construction projects. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing subcontractor and supplier quotes, preparing bid proposals, assisting with budgeting and cost control, and updating estimates as project details evolve. The Estimator will collaborate closely with project managers, site supervisors, and the leadership team to ensure pricing aligns with project scope, timelines, and quality expectations. The role also involves maintaining estimating tools and databases, participating in tender submissions, and supporting continuous improvement of estimating processes.
