This position is ideal for an experienced Esthetician who enjoys performing a variety of skin care services and working with a team of Estheticians to grow the spa. Compensation includes a base pay plus commission based on individual and team performance. The ideal candidate should be committed and flexible.

As an Esthetician and Esthetics Supervisor, you will engage with customers and staff, providing outstanding service that creates an exceptional spa experience.

About the role:

As a qualified/experienced Esthetician, your goal is to promote skin health and ensure clients leave feeling relaxed, happy, and rejuvenated. You will greet clients, consult on treatments, and suggest additional services. As Supervisor, you will oversee Estheticians, manage training and development, ensure excellent customer service, and drive sales within the department.

This is a full-time position requiring availability evenings and weekends. • Perform esthetic services as per protocols and contribute to revenue
