The shift pattern for this position is Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with an on-call requirement.

Queen Elizabeth University Hospital's Operational Estates team is seeking an Estates Manager to oversee reactive and preventative maintenance across hospital campus buildings.

This role requires extensive knowledge of building maintenance, complex electrical/engineering/water systems in large healthcare facilities, and experience in estates management, including understanding statutory compliance and operational guidelines within healthcare settings.

The applicant should demonstrate strong communication and management skills, the ability to meet deadlines in a demanding environment, work independently, and lead a team. Effective teamwork and fostering positive relationships across departments are essential.
