Kibbi in Vancouver is seeking an experienced estate planning lawyer to join our hybrid practice. You will advise clients on wills, powers of attorney, representation agreements, trusts, and corporate wills, guiding matters through implementation.

The role emphasizes leading client meetings, providing recommendations, discussing fees, collaborating with accountants and financial advisors, and building strong referral networks.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of estate planning experience.
  • Active BC Law Society membership in good standing.
  • Strong client-facing and advisory communication.
  • Experience with complex estate planning strategies.
  • STEP/TEP designation or experience with corporate Wills and trusts is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid capacity in Vancouver.
