Job description

Participants: College graduates and teachers with good English skills and teaching experience who wish to teach English in mainland China and experience Chinese culture.

Requirements: College graduates with at least 2 years of ESL teaching experience, minimum age of 24 years.

Duration: 4-Month: September - December 2024 or March – June 2025
10-Month: September 2024 – June 2025

Focus/Objectives: eTalk Live Tutoring screens prospects for our partner in China. College graduates/teachers with excellent English skills will work at high schools in cities like Jilin City, Dalian City, Yiwu City, Huzhou City, and others. The program offers a basic salary, free modern housing with Western amenities, free Chinese language lessons, and an international travel bonus.

Benefits: Basic salary of RMB 15,000 (USD 2,100) per month, with opportunities for extra hours earning an additional RMB 5,000-7,000. Round-trip international airfare bonus of USD 800 for 4 months and USD 1,500 for 10 months, payable upon program completion. Airport pick-up and travel assistance if needed. Free furnished accommodation (one-bedroom flat with living room, kitchen, bathroom, TV, internet, bed, etc.), utilities not exceeding RMB 500/month. A 4-week half-paid vacation (RMB 7,500) is provided for each 10-month contract.

Insurance: Recruited applicants will have basic accident and medical insurance during their stay. An insurance card and coverage details will be provided before departure from the US/Canada.

Language: No Chinese language knowledge required.
