Job summary

Vosyn is seeking a Sustainability Strategy Intern at the Master’s level to join the ESG & CSR team. The role focuses on analyzing sustainability trends, supporting strategic initiatives, and delivering impact across the organization.

Remote work with hybrid options in Toronto, Canada. You will contribute to the development of long‑term environmental and social programs while collaborating with senior management and the advisory board.

Qualifications

• Master’s level student or recent graduate in a relevant field.
• Strong understanding of sustainability strategy and corporate responsibility frameworks.
• Familiarity with sustainability reporting standards (GRI, SASB, TCFD) and data analysis.
• Experience with market research, stakeholder engagement, and trend analysis in sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on sustainability trends, risks, and opportunities to support strategic initiatives.
• Assist in creating and implementing sustainability strategies aligned with long‑term goals.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate sustainable practices into operations.
• Support tracking and reporting of sustainability metrics and KPIs.
• Prepare presentations and reports communicating progress to stakeholders and leadership.
• Monitor regulatory changes and industry trends to inform planning and strategy.
• Engage with stakeholders to build partnerships for sustainability initiatives.
