What you Will do

  • Work directly with clients to train them on the best practices of our ERP applications.
  • Increase product adoption and usability through effective training programs.
  • Elevate our training offering through : in person, remote, and video / self serve training with the goal to help customers adopt our new tools.
  • Be a subject matter expert on both finance and our software tool, as it relates to municipal processes.
  • Support internal Catalis team where required to improve internal finance knowledge.
  • Work closely with the Implementations and Support team, as well as supporting Development and Customer success initiatives.
  • Work with the Implementation, Support, and Customer Success team to ensure we are creating “raving fans.”

What you Will Need to Succeed

  • Previous Municipal Accounting or Finance experience is an asset.
  • Previous formal Training an asset.
  • Proven experience in training or teaching.
  • Curiosity to learn new things, and adopting technology.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Municipal experience is an asset.
