ERP Risk and Automation Senior Associate - Oracle

Join RSM Canada as an ERP Risk and Automation Senior Associate with a focus on Oracle technologies. We are a leading provider of professional services to the middle market globally, dedicated to instilling confidence in a changing world and empowering our clients and staff to reach their full potential.

Our ERP Risk and Automation practice seeks an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud security & controls specialist with strong functional security expertise. The role involves scoping and executing ERP security assessments, designing security roles, implementing Oracle GRC solutions, and managing Oracle user access and security services.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to expand our Toronto market presence. The practice provides security and controls assessments, data analytics, GRC automation, security role design, and ERP implementation risk reviews for various clients.

Basic Qualifications

1. Degree required
2. 2-3 years' experience in Oracle security, controls, and implementation, including security design or analysis
3. Exposure to Oracle functional automated controls
4. Technical knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP, CRM, HCM, Procurement, SCM, and EBS
5. Understanding of Oracle Cloud Functional Modules (Financials, Procurement, HCM, Supply Chain)
6. Experience with Oracle Risk Management Cloud GRC applications
7. Experience with Fastpath and Oracle Identity Management
8. IT audit experience or related compliance knowledge (SOX, COBIT, NIST, ISO)
9. Strong communication and organizational skills
10. Ability to meet deadlines and manage client updates

Preferred Qualifications

1. Knowledge of Oracle GRC tools like Fastpath
2. Experience with data analytics tools (ACL, MS Access)
3. Participation in Oracle implementations
4. Knowledge of auditing Oracle business controls
5. Relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Risk Management Cloud Certified)
