Duration: 4 months

Salary Range: $3,250 - $4,525 CAD per month

We have developed a ground-breaking medical device for the diagnosis and treatment of the most common heart rhythm disorder, atrial fibrillation – which can cause stroke, heart failure, and other heart-related complications .

Kardium’s mission is to deliver the best treatment for atrial fibrillation. To achieve this, we have developed The Globe Pulsed Field System – we have a fantastic technical team that has developed a product with strong, unique, and customer-valued differentiators versus other solutions on the market. We have built connections with key opinion leaders who are already using the Globe System and are helping to tell our story.

We have now completed our pivotal clinical study and our focus is on regulatory approvals and commercial launch. This is an exciting and significant milestone in our journey to bring this ground-breaking technology to patients.

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator Co-op. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with the broader project team when developing, managing, and executing a comprehensive test strategy.

Please note, this opportunity is a hybrid work arrangement, located in Burnaby, BC.

Meaningful work you will be a part of

You will engage in activities that develop practical and transferable skills such as:

  • Collaborate with the entire ERP team to plan out the test strategy
  • Develop, Manage and Execute the test strategy for our ERP
  • Monitor progress, results, ownership and issues for all test cases
  • Coordinate functional, integration, Performance and regression testing
  • Facilitate User acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Prepare test status reports, defect summaries and test metrics
  • Evaluate opportunities for test automation

  • An education in business or computer science are preferable
  • Having project management related experiences
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Be well organized and structured
  • Strong problem solving abilities
  • Strong willingness to learn and seek guidance when needed.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail, an analytical mindset, and an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proven experience in a project coordinator or manager role is a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft ERP products is a plus
