Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) Manager to oversee and support the implementation, maintenance and optimization of their ERP systems. The ERP Manager will play a critical role in ensuring that the ERP system supports the organization’s business processes, enhances operational efficiency and aligns with strategic goals. This position requires strong technical expertise, change management skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

What you will be doing:
ERP System Management

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance and performance of the ERP system.

  • Ensure the ERP system is configured to meet business needs and complies with organizational policies.

  • Monitor and update relevant stakeholders for system upgrades, patches and enhancements to maintain optimal performance.

  • Develop and maintain KPIs to monitor end-user support provided by managed services and internal support team.

  • Manage day-to-day with service provider and update management on the status of projects, infinitives and support activities and status.

  • Escalate various technical/ business challenges to the IT management.

Implementation and Integration

  • Support ERP implementation projects, including planning, execution and post-implementation support.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align business requirements and ensure seamless integration with other business systems.

  • Assist in developing data migration strategies and oversee the process to ensure completion.

  • Follow SOX compliance and maintain documentations and sign-offs on all project execution and data migrations during system upgrades or migrations.

Process Optimization

  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using ERP functionalities.

  • Work with key stakeholders and functional leaders to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.

  • Provide recommendations for system enhancements to support business growth.

Team Leadership and Collaboration

  • Manage and mentor a team of ERP specialists, analysts, and support staff.

  • Act as the primary point of contact between IT and other departments for ERP-related matters.

  • Foster collaboration between technical teams and business users to ensure alignment.

Training and Support

  • Develop training sites for users to access training material created by the business.

  • Develop programs to assign training and monitor them.

  • Develop plans for end-users to maximize system adoption and efficiency.

  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues.

  • Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides.

What you must have:

  • This position requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, or ERP-specific certifications) is an asset.

  • This position requires a minimum of ten (10) years experience in ERP system management, implementation and support.

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP.

  • Strong understanding of business processes in areas such as finance, supply chain, HR, and Warehousing.

  • Proficiency in ERP configuration, customization and reporting tools.

  • Knowledge of database management, SQL and system integration techniques.

  • Familiarity with cloud-based ERP solutions and emerging technologies.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication skills in English. French language is an asset.

Salary/Rate Range: $120,000.00 -$130,000.00
