Our client, a rapidly growing organization with operations across North America, is seeking an experienced ERP Manager with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O). This role can be based in Kelowna (preferred), Edmonton, or Toronto .

This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role overseeing a skilled ERP team during a major system transformation from Business Central to F&O. The ERP Manager will lead implementations, optimize system performance, ensure SOX compliance, and work cross-functionally to align ERP capabilities with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation, integration, and ongoing management of D365 F&O across multiple business units
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into system configurations
  • Oversee ERP upgrades, testing (including UAT), and deployments with minimal business disruption
  • Monitor system performance, identify process improvements, and drive optimization initiatives
  • Ensure SOX compliance across ERP processes, including financial controls and security
  • Manage vendor relationships to resolve system issues and align with best practices
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing ERP team (currently 5 BAs across BC and F&O)
  • Maintain documentation for system design, configurations, and troubleshooting
  • Stay informed on emerging ERP technologies and recommend enhancements

Ideal Candidate Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on D365 F&O experience (implementations, migrations, optimizations)
  • 3+ years of ERP team leadership or management experience
  • Proven track record leading full ERP implementations in large or multi-entity organizations
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft cloud stack (Azure AD, O365, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Experience in SOX-compliant environments
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management capabilities
  • Based in or open to Kelowna (preferred), Edmonton, or Toronto
  • The estimated pay range for this position is CAD $105,000 to CAD $120,000 as of the posting date. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education, and training. Please note that this range reflects base pay only and does not include the competitive bonus program or benefits package offered.
