Job summary

Capital One (via The Company LLC) seeks a Technical Consultant in Vancouver to drive customer ERP integrations, translating business needs into configurations and guiding go-live success. You will collaborate with Product and Engineering, lead meetings, and contribute to training materials.

The role is hybrid with a Vancouver base; 3 in-office days per week and up to four weeks remote per year, with compensation range $89,600–$112,000 USD and equity potential depending on location and market

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role implementing or configuring accounting systems like QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, or Xero.
• Functional expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Expense Management, and HRIS.
• Strong project management; able to own deliverables and timelines.
• Experience translating business requirements into product configurations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Collaborative, cross-functional problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end integration implementation for customer systems (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks) to ensure smooth launches.
• Act as the primary technical advisor applying ERP knowledge to guide optimal integration setups.
• Lead project meetings and calls, capture notes, and drive go-live progress.
• Contribute to training materials and Help Center content to empower users.
• Serve as the voice of the customer to Product and Engineering, translating feedback.
• Share insights with peers to improve internal processes and knowledge base.
