Your Role

• Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of ERP projects, ensuring timely, within scope and budget delivery.
• Identify and implement business process improvements leveraging ERP capabilities.
• Develop and execute change management strategies for smooth transitions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
• Design and deliver end-user training and provide ongoing support.
• Maintain data integrity, oversee data migration and integration.
• Establish metrics to monitor ERP performance and impact.
• Manage relationships with vendors and consultants.
