Price Industries Limited is seeking an ERP/IFS Specialist to lead site-level ERP implementation, align plant operations with corporate strategy, and enable user adoption across Manufacturing, Engineering, and Finance. The role emphasizes training, knowledge transfer, and cross-functional collaboration in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working in an IFS environment is considered an asset.
• Strong understanding of business processes within a manufacturing or similar operational environment.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and influence users at all levels.
• Ability to gather business requirements, coordinate multiple priorities, and drive implementation activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of diagnosing issues and identifying root causes.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn new business processes, systems, and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support the ERP implementation across the Winnipeg site, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and plant operations.
• Act as the primary liaison between corporate teams and plant users, communicating site requirements back to the corporate team.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Shared Services, and IT to support ERP implementation.
• Design, develop, and deliver training programs and materials for various user groups.
• Provide hands-on training, ongoing education on IFS functionalities, and best practices.
• Foster continuous learning and knowledge sharing across plants and locations.
