Job summary
Star Building Materials Winnipeg is seeking a Systems Specialist to support the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of business applications, system integrations and the eCommerce website. You will ensure data accuracy across integrated apps and develop business intelligence reporting.
Reporting to the Systems Manager, you will troubleshoot systems issues, administer the Epicor BisTrack ERP in a system administrator capacity, assist in integrations with the eCommerce site and
Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum one year of IT administration experience.
- Understanding of business applications and operational processes.
- Knowledge of website UI/UX principles, web design and analytics.
- Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain integrations between Epicor BisTrack and other applications including the eCommerce site.
- Create and maintain BI reports and data analyses based on user requests.
- Support and administer additional software applications used at Star Building Materials.
- Monitor eCommerce website performance, functionality and data integrity.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to systems and processes.
