Job summary

IKO Industries Ltd. is seeking a Global Data Conversion Lead to drive data migration efforts across ERP deployments. You will cleanse, map, and load master and transactional data while coordinating with ERP leadership, MDM, and IT teams.

The role requires strong ERP experience, data governance mindset, and travel ~10% in North America and Europe. A university degree is required, with JD Edwards ERP experience highly preferred.

Qualifications

• University degree is required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with ERP software.
• Strong preference for Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne; MS Dynamics 365 or SAP experience will be considered.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Master Data Management Lead, Consultant, or similar role.
• Experience with ETL tools such as Microsoft SSIS, Azure Data Factory, Qlik Replicate, or Oracle EDQ.
• Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server or Oracle.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• SharePoint experience is an asset.
• Ability to travel ~10% within North America and Europe.

Responsibilities

• Develop standards and processes for converting data from legacy ERP systems to enterprise ERP platforms.
• Establish standardized data conversion procedures and tools.
• Perform data mapping between ERP platforms and load files.
• Cleanse and normalize master and transactional data.
• Detect duplicates and perform cross-referencing.
• Prepare master and transactional data load files for migration.
• Input data changes manually when required in ERP systems.
• Monitor exception reports and drive data cleanup opportunities.
• Track and report data conversion activities and results.
• Collaborate with ERP leadership, BPOs, MDM, Data Engineering, and IT teams.
• Support data quality initiatives throughout deployments.
