Job summary

Techo-Bloc, North America’s leading maker of concrete pavers and retaining walls, is undergoing a digital transformation with D365 F&O. We seek a sharp Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology.

You will analyze processes across procure-to-pay, quote-to-cash, and manufacturing, facilitate workshops, and drive governance, testing, and end-user training. Based in the Longueuil area, you’ll help shape how the business operates and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business analysis experience in manufacturing or distribution.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
• Ability to gather, interpret and document complex business requirements and convert them into use cases.
• Fluency in Agile/Lean and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to facilitate workshops with executives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Capture business needs, map end-to-end processes, and translate them into D365 requirements.
• Bridge between business stakeholders and IT to align goals.
• Facilitate requirements workshops and document current and future-state processes.
• Lead governance and change management through QA, UAT and training.
• Evaluate solutions, flag risks, and advise on system enhancements.
• Champion continuous improvement and collaboration with external partners.
• Support ERP integration projects and automated testing to maintain stability.
