We are currently recruiting for a Senior ERP Business Analyst position for a valued client located in the southwest of the island, near the Angrignon metro station.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Participate in ERP configuration by collaborating closely with users to identify their needs, draft functional specifications, and conduct testing.
2. Provide effective support by diagnosing and resolving ERP-related incidents quickly.
3. Contribute to data migration activities during the deployment of new ERP systems.
4. Provide cross-training to users based on operational needs.
5. Work collaboratively with business teams to identify areas for improvement and recommend application solutions to optimize efficiency and productivity.
6. Perform other related tasks relevant to the position.
7. Be available to provide support outside regular business hours, as needed.

Additional Requirements:

- Participate in ERP configuration: analyze user needs, draft functional requirements, perform tests, and validate results.

- Diagnose and resolve ERP-related issues effectively to ensure business continuity.

- Contribute to data migration and integration during ERP deployment.

- Provide cross-training to users.

- Collaborate with business teams to identify improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.

- Perform any other related departmental tasks.

- Provide support outside normal hours when required.
