Job summary

BMO Financial Group is seeking a Senior Manager for ERM Strategic Initiatives to drive coordinated execution of strategic priorities within Enterprise Risk Management. This role ensures alignment, manages interdependencies, and delivers integrated views of progress, risks, and delivery outcomes across ERM and partners.

Responsibilities

• Translate ERM strategic priorities into integrated execution plans, roadmaps, milestones, ownership structures, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate execution across multiple ERM initiatives, ensuring alignment and managing interdependencies.
• Lead the development and maintenance of an integrated view of ERM priorities, progress, commitments, risks, issues, and delivery outcomes.
• Partner with senior leaders to support prioritization, sequencing, and resource allocation decisions.
• Monitor execution performance against plans, identify risks and execution gaps, and elevate matters requiring leadership attention.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to resolve delivery challenges and drive alignment on critical decisions.
• Provide strategic analysis, insights, and recommendations to support decision-making and planning.
• Develop governance, reporting, and communication mechanisms that provide clear visibility into execution status.
• Lead implementation and transformation activities associated with ERM strategic initiatives.
• Establish relationships across ERM and business partners to ensure coordinated delivery of strategic objectives.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen execution and integration across initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor on strategic execution and change implementation.
