Position Overview:

The SVP, Enterprise Risk Management will work on designing and implementing Citi’s key risk indicator framework.

Responsibilities :

• Enhance and maintain the enterprise key risk indicator framework for consistent risk measurement and monitoring across all categories.
• Lead development and periodic refresh of the key risk indicator inventory.
• Specify requirements for dashboards and technological tools.
• Engage with stakeholders for training, awareness, and execution of KRIs in daily risk management.
• Advise on operating model changes supporting the KRI framework.
• Monitor progress and address challenges in execution.
• Understand Citi’s regulatory commitments and risk management frameworks.
• Prepare and deliver presentations for senior management.
• Contribute to the development of a fully integrated enterprise risk management framework.
• Identify opportunities to add value beyond formal projects.
• Build cross-functional partnerships and networks.

Qualifications :

• 10+ years’ experience in Financial Services, with risk metrics and indicators experience preferred.
• Understanding of financial services business and operating models.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and financial skills; ability to synthesize information and prioritize.
• Ability to create clear executive presentations from complex data.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
