Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks an experienced Equity Research Expert for a remote contracting role focused on advanced financial analysis, modeling, earnings analysis, and sector insights. You will review datasets, analyze earnings and peer benchmarks, and develop investment theses to guide AI training efforts.

The ideal candidate has a background in sell-side research with ownership of company models across cycles, strong sector expertise, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Sell-Side Research Associate, Research Analyst, VP, or Director with ownership of company models and research.
• Experience covering multiple companies across several earnings cycles.
• Strong understanding of business drivers, financial performance, and valuation.
• Deep expertise in at least one sector, such as banking, insurance, biotech, technology, or other industries.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in earnings analysis, peer benchmarking, valuation, and event-driven research.
• Experience developing and defending investment theses and research views.

We are seeking experienced Equity Research Experts to contribute to a customer project focused on advanced financial analysis, modeling, earnings analysis, and sector insights.

You'll apply your expertise to evaluate real-world equity research content and help train next-generation AI systems. No prior AI experience is required.
