Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an Equity Research Expert on a contract basis to support a remote client project focused on advanced financial analysis, earnings modeling, and sector insights.

You will review datasets, evaluate company models, prepare concise research summaries, and help train AI systems with real-world equity research content. Prior AI experience is not required; deep industry knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Sell-Side Research Associate, Research Analyst, VP, or Director with ownership of company models.
• Experience covering multiple companies across several earnings cycles.
• Strong understanding of business drivers, financial performance, and valuation.
• Deep expertise in at least one sector, such as banking, insurance, biotech, technology, or other industries.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in earnings analysis, peer benchmarking, valuation, and event-driven research.
