What is the opportunity?

Are you looking for a competitive total rewards program? Your primary focus will be to support the Analysts by providing fundamental analysis of companies in the Real Estate sector.

What will you do?

  1. Develop and enhance detailed company-specific and industry macro financial models.
  2. Maintain and develop sector-specific databases and presentations.
  3. Maintain relationships with coverage companies, investors, and others internally within Capital Markets.
  4. Analyze IFRS and US GAAP financial statements as well as company-specific information and industry-specific data and key performance indicators.
  5. Assist with writing research notes and sector reports.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have:

  1. An undergraduate degree with a focus on Business or Finance.
  2. A CPA, MBA, CFA designation, or CFA exam enrollment is preferred.
  3. Demonstrated business writing capabilities.
  4. Strong computer skills, including Excel, with an ability to quickly learn new platforms.
  5. Detail-oriented and strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize data points into trends beyond the mainstream.
  6. A high-energy, self-motivated persona with the ability to perform under pressure and meet time-sensitive deadlines, sometimes for extended periods of time.
  7. A strong process orientation with the ability to learn quickly on the job.
  8. Demonstrated passion for equity/financial markets.

Nice-to-have:

  1. Previous experience in the sector or Research-related role is an asset.
