Roth Canada seeks an Equity Research Associate to support a Senior Energy Research Analyst covering Canadian oil and gas producers, including conventional and unconventional E&P, oil sands, and royalty companies, with emphasis on SMID-cap names in Western Canada. You will build and maintain models, collect data, and prepare investment notes.

Roth Canada is looking to add an Equity Research Associate to support a Senior Energy Research Analyst covering Canadian oil and gas producers: conventional and unconventional E&Ps, oil sands, and royalty companies, with an emphasis on SMID-cap names across the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin. The Equity Research Associate is responsible for research, client support, data collection, and statistical studies on industries and individual companies and their securities. Through training and on-the-job experience, the Research Associate learns the techniques and develops the skills necessary to research and analyze investment securities and to prepare and present investment recommendations.
