The Equity, Quality, Innovation and Safety (EQuIS) research platform focuses on surgical safety in pediatric and adult patients. Its mission is to improve the quality, safety, and efficiency of surgical care provided to patients in Calgary, Canada, and internationally. The team is based at the University of Calgary and operates from the Alberta Children's Hospital in the Calgary zone of Alberta Health Services (AHS). EQuIS represents a diverse group of clinical researchers and is partnered with both local, national, and international organizations dedicated to healthcare quality improvement.
The EQuIS Research Assistant will be reporting to and receiving direction on their project(s) from the EQuIS Manager and the PI.
