Job description

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, testing, repairing, and servicing products to ensure optimal machine performance and minimize downtime.

You will also be expected to maintain customer relationships by addressing technical questions, consult and train customers on how to work efficiently with our products, document collected data from work using our CRM system, support lead generation of new orders while assessing customer equipment, manage inventory of vehicle stock, represent and promote our products in a professional manner, and perform duties in accordance with health and safety standards.

To be successful in this role, you will require professional training in electronics, mechanics, and hydraulics, at least three years' experience as a Service Technician with commercial cleaning equipment, appliances, or similar equipment, basic computer skills in MS Office or Google Suite, CRM, SAP, excellent written and verbal communication skills, experienced problem solving, analytical thinking, and methodical approach, customer-centric mindset, strong problem solver, analytical thinker, and methodical, highly motivated who works well in both a team and independently, and willingness to travel.
