Associate Equipment Engineer

Salary: $2800 - $3200 + OT + Shift allowance

Working Days: Work 3 days , Rest 2 days (Morning/ Night shift)

Working Location: Office (Tampine ) / Client Site (Woodlands)

Job Description & Requirements

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and complex repairs on semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans to minimize equipment downtime.
• Lead maintenance projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Evaluate and recommend new equipment and technologies to enhance process capability and productivity.
• Train and mentor junior technicians, supporting their technical skill development.
• Assist in the development, review, and improvement of equipment maintenance strategies and procedures.
• Collaborate with equipment vendors and suppliers to resolve technical issues and improve equipment support and reliability.
