Job description

FLINT is excited to announce that we are actively seeking talented individuals to join our team for an upcoming turnaround project in Port Moody, British Columbia, starting on 16th June 2025 and ending on 15th August 2025. In this position, you will enjoy a schedule of 6 days in / 1 day out, with 10-hour workdays. The pay rate ranges from $32.00 to $42.00 per hour, with benefits after 300 hours worked.

Whether you're an Equipment Operator or Skilled Labourer, if you have a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and the skills to get the job done, we want you on our team!

This position does not include camp accommodations, living out allowance, or travel allowance. Therefore, it is best suited for local candidates; however, those willing to travel or relocate at their own expense are also encouraged to apply.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2000 hours of experience operating a 329 excavator with Excavator Ticket
• Minimum of 2000 hours of experience operating Skid Steer with Skid Steer Ticket
• Experience operating a Compaction Equipment
• Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required
• Own reliable transportation to site
• Valid driver's license and a clean 5-year Driver's Abstract with under 6 demerits

Additional Information:

This position is safety-sensitive and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
