Position Overview

This entry-level position involves performing emergency repair, preventative maintenance, and installation on a 24 / 7 on-call basis with regional responsibility for electrical and / or mechanical equipment and systems. Responsibilities include :

• Performing on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair, and calibration after installation.
• Providing technical support and training to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment.
• Serving as a customer contact for technical and service-related problems.
• Working under direct supervision and following detailed procedures for routine equipment repair and preventative maintenance.
• Assisting more experienced technicians.

Qualifications :

• Typically requires 2 years of formal technical training beyond high school.
