Essential Responsibilities
- Execute preventative maintenance programs, coordinate service requests, track performance data, and identify process improvements
- Maintain accurate records, analyze maintenance trends, generate reports, and ensure data integrity within ERP and asset management systems
- Streamline scheduling, repair tracking, and vendor management, ensuring timely servicing and compliance with agreements
- Ensure all maintenance activities align with safety, regulatory, and company policies while driving operational efficiency Act as a resource for internal teams, providing updates on equipment availability, maintenance schedules, and compliance. Support senior management with reporting and record-keeping. Facilitate communication between operational teams, business unit managers, and vendors to align maintenance priorities
- Assist with equipment tracking, inventory management, and operational support to ensure efficient fleet performance
Qualifications
- 2+ years in construction, manufacturing, or equipment management, or a combination of relevant education and experience
- Diploma in Supply Chain, Business, Quality, Mechanical, or Engineering (College, Trade, or Technical)
- Exposure to equipment fleets of 100+ production units and an understanding of National Safety Code regulations
- Experience with ERP systems, data management, telematics, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and scheduling software
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and teamwork abilities; confident and able to influence stakeholders including vendors, suppliers, and regulatory agencies
Work Conditions:
- Flexible for occasional travel/field visits
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
