Night Crew Member

• Night shift premium $$$$$

The Role

While you might have an idea of what it’s like to work with us, here are some key responsibilities of a Night Crew Member:

• Greeting customers, taking orders, processing payments (cash and card)
• Preparing food and beverages
• Managing mobile and delivery orders
• Assembling and packing orders for takeout and delivery
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation to ensure safety for customers and team members

Whether in the kitchen, drive-thru, or at the counter, you’re part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing an exceptional customer experience.

Your Energy and Experience

Previous experience in hospitality or retail—such as a barista, server, sales associate, cashier, team member, or sales representative—is appreciated but not required. What matters most is who you are.

You are a night owl, energetic, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure. You value teamwork over ego, enjoy social activities, and are eager to learn and improve. You believe in connecting with customers beyond transactions and know that a genuine smile can brighten someone’s day. Your smile is authentic and defining.
