Equine Insurance Account Handler - Maidstone

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work in the company’s head office in Kent as an Equine Insurance Account Handler. This brokerage is proudly independent and is a very client-focused organisation specialising in many bespoke insurance schemes and products. There is currently a big push by the company for development this year, making it a great time to join this organisation.

The opportunity involves supporting the external client-facing account executives and also working with clients on a direct basis.

Specific duties and responsibilities:

  1. Negotiating and delivering Renewals & MTA’s
  2. Delivering the best possible service for our clients
  3. Premium collection from clients for MTA
  4. Diary management of Open GI
  5. Daily liaising, communications, and administration for clients handled
  6. Preparing and delivering presentations at Client meetings

Requirements:

  1. Excellent motivational & leadership skills
  2. Strong levels of emotional intelligence
  3. Ideally, strong knowledge of equine/commercial insurance
  4. Excellent communication skills
  5. Self-starter and self-motivated in the working environment
  6. The ability to work on one’s initiative
  7. Proficient with Outlook, Excel, and Word

This is an excellent opportunity for someone currently performing a similar role or someone with a great interest in equine.

Attractive basic salary up to £30k, plus bonus, pension, and other staff benefits.
