Position Overview
Exciting times at FBM as we’re adding eProcurement capabilities to our Digital Commerce environment to serve a large and growing group of customers using their eProcurement/PO System software platforms to manage their Building Materials purchases! As a result, FBM’s Digital Commerce team is seeking an innovative and strategic eProcurement Business Lead to help shape and implement our eProcurement strategies.
In this role, you’ll help drive initiatives to meet business objectives for specific customer groups by capturing, creating, articulating, and implementing strategies that enhance eProcurement efficiency, integration, and customer satisfaction. As the eProcurement Implementation Lead, you’ll play a critical role in developing integration strategies, guiding key decisions around third-party partnerships, and finding opportunities to increase eProcurement utilization, drive the expansion of share of wallet, and improve eProcurement operational efficiency. From ideation and implementation to onboarding and performance optimization, you’ll lead and be involved in every stage of the eProcurement process. You’ll work with cross-functional teams across the organization, including customers, field teams, product squads, technical teams, analysts, data, and pricing experts, to deliver a seamless and optimized eProcurement experience for both our customers, branches and associates.
